Ronda Fisher
Practice Administrator

      Ronda came to Ptarmigan Pediatrics, LLC, during its inception in July 2008 after nearly 27 years experience in the insurance industry, much of that with Blue Cross and Aetna. As Practice Administrator she has been an integral part of the successful startup of this clinic. Her billing, insurance filing, and coding expertise allows us to keep these facets of the business in-house and provide a complete customer care package for our patients.

     She has been involved with training insurance professionals in the past, and now helps train Charter College CMA and University of Alaska, Anchorage, nursing students in our clinic in all aspects of business management, coding, and billing. Ronda is also an instructor at Charter College, Wasilla, Alaska, where she teaches medical coding.

     Ronda moved to Alaska from Oregon with her husband, a wildlife photographer and the designer of our logo, in 2006. They both appreciate what this state has to offer and can be found enjoying the Great Land at nearly every opportunity.
